1Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel more than 60 minutes before pick-up: free, 100% refund.
• Cancel 30–60 minutes before pick-up: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancel less than 30 minutes before pick-up: 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds reach your GoCab wallet within 24 hours, or your bank account within 3–5 working days.
• If your driver is more than 30 minutes late, you receive 50 GoCab points off your next trip.
• All payments are online; refunds go to your GoCab wallet (run by a licensed partner) or your original payment method.
• If a problem is caused by the GoCab platform, the related service fee is refunded in full.

2Insurance

• GoCab is an intermediary platform. Passenger insurance is the responsibility of the coach operator and its insurance partner; GoCab does not provide insurance directly.
• GoCab can connect you with an optional insurance package through an insurance partner if you wish.

4Personal data we collect

• Minimum data collected: name, phone number, email, and pick-up and drop-off points (if any); date of birth and gender only if you choose to give them (optional, age 16+).
• Purpose: to contact you about your trip and our services and to send suitable offers (date of birth, gender). It is not used for anything else without your further consent.
• You may ask to see, correct or delete your data — contact contact@gocab.vn.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): only turned on when you accept in the cookie prompt; used to count page views and improve the website, with IP addresses truncated and never linked to your name or phone number. Change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• GoCab processes data under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
